for free users/member all they have to do is wait until 4pm hk time..i think that is fair..we need to compromise until everything is all working well..patience guys!
 
is possible to know what time it reactivated?
or a schedule for the coming days?
I would avoid that many ask you the same thing every time.
 
We normally start moving files between 4-6 AM HKT (Hong Kong Time)

So every 24 hours at the same time... for around 12 hours. After that downloads are working for everybody again for around 8-10 hours.

We hope we are finished soon... We're sorry for the circumstances...

We estimate around 5 days for moving all files to the new servers...
