I think you should remove the PPD plan and only keep the PPS and mix plan (at least until your host is stable.).
Currently your mix and pps have the same % from sales so no one will choose PPS only, on the mix plan make the PPS 25-30%.

PPS 50% of Sales
MIX 50% of Downloads 50% of Sales
