how many files can free un-registered users download per day? cause some of my users tell me they can only download 1 file per day, as free un-registered users....

One of my users downloaded 1 file in the morning, and then about 6 or 7 hours later went to try and download another file and got this message:

You have reached the daily download/stream limit!
