HOW are we supposed to upload exactly? Remote speed is what you see, web upload is just the same and still no ftp.....

i understand completely that every company is created to make money, otherwise it would be called charitable institution.
at hosting companies, what happens is the following.
the company needs accounts to be sold,
your uploaders are the dealers,
the downloaders are the customers by buying accounts,
and the accounts pay the bills. that's the circle.
if your registered uploaders (your dealers) are not able to upload, then the downloaders (the customers) obviously wont buy something that doesn't exist.
this will lead you to ask more money for premium memberships (so you cover your expenses) which will have as a result for you to loose premium registrations.
at this point lets say (its just an example) you have 2000 users. registered and premiums.
you will have more chances to sell premium membership when 2.000 ppl are going to upload (registered and premium) than 200 (the premium users).
i am not asking you to do this or do that or anything. this is just my point of view which may be the same, or totally opposite from what your think.
this is just my opinion and some may agree with it and some may not.
if someone disagrees, flaming my post or being rude, wont be the best solution to prove that he is right and i am wrong.
just sharing some thoughts.
