I really want remote upload to share my file with users. they like your host.
And I don't have time to upload via ftp, it really sucks for me.

the problem is you can't imagine how much work it is to keep this service stable and running... and then I just hear complaints about something that doesn't work...

why aren't you happy that it works 99%?

Or do you think we disable RU and FTP for fun???
 
I understand your problem, I use my premium account with other filehoster, all links are uploaded 100% successfully on my account.
Now, I can't upload and share any more.
but I am waiting for it....

my first uploads via ftp that were not showing up finally did, so progress is being made just need patience with this new services that clearly is doing everything they can to please its customers
 
he is absolutely right :) customer service is more than important for us... but we are only humans and no robots... I can't imagine you slept just 6 hours in 3 days like we did just to run a stable host?
