Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

when ftp are ok ?

when we download our own files you count 1 download it's confusing
can you remove our own count for avoid all mistake about download cheat etc etc?

you can have 100000 downloads by yourserlf and you won'get paid )

system counts it only if it's not you and if the download was 100% completed!
