Twilight Backlink Checker Bot is unable to connect my site.

Hello,

I am having a strange problem with twilight back link checker bot. It is unable to connect my site. I don't know what's causing it do so. Even i have Twilight's button image and text link.

I have asked for help by contacting Twilight Support but they are saying me to contact my webhost.

Any ideas?

lol. I just hope you included the url in the email you sent to Twilight as we have no idea what site your on about. If you didn't I don't blame Twilight at all for ignoring you.

From experience on MechoDDL about 60% of the people who request re-rates or ask to be whilelisted by either email or PMing me here on WJunction forget to add the url. That's why it's now all done through the Webmaster Area.

Yup i added the site url in the email.

btw it has over 2000 submissions but now its status is blacklisted. I don't know what is causing twilight bot not to access my site.

Why do you always have to bring mecho into your replies? Most of your replies include something about mecho.

He doesn't care about mecho, he's asking about twilight.

It must be something on your end. Remember the bot verifies the backlink of every website that submits, and since we are getting like 3000 submissions per day this isn't something on my end. My bot doesn't just decides on his own whether he will check for a backlink on your site or not.

The code of the bot hasn't changed a bit, also the changing of the design does not nessecairy mean that the backend of the bot has changed (it hasn't, just look at the webmasters page and tell me if the page already contains the new design? I don't think so)

My suggestion is to just contact your host, ask him if he added some kind of protection or blocked certain IP's.

As much as I would like to resolve this issue, if my bot is unable to connect to your website there's nothing much I can do.

I was saying about your new skin because this problem started when u updated the twilight. I have had posted 2000+ downloads to twilight before the new update but never had any problem..

I have also contacted my host but they say they haven't blocked any IP.
