I open a support ticket and answered me that my account have been suspended without explanations.
I response the ticket with reactivation of my account,he responsed that can´t renew because a problem with the server, i ask to move my account to another server with the same features and respond me that he is out of stock
We had issues on that server so we did not wish to renew it as for ur slot did u even get a penny worth service less than u paid? u were charged till 4th jan u got service till 4 jan
we are not that into rdp only 5 servers but all are sold out lets just say we provide the quality u pay for
