Trends - Would you rather follow a trend, create a trend, or both?

I do both. I love being trendy so I will wear what is trendy. However, I like to be myself as well so often times I will wear what I like and feel honored when others copy me.

I would rather create a trend because if I was successful at it people would surely follow my trend. Something else to consider is if the trend I created becomes popular it then might become the norm and who would not want to have that kind of positive effect on society.
