Just follow these steps..

  • DB Back-up
  • Main Files Back-up
  • Change Domain nameservers
  • Upload files and re-store the db on the new host

& you are done ;)
 
Well any webmaster should know how to use a fucking FTP! Anyways...

@kizmark go to cpanel file manage select all files add to zip then download this zip file and upload on new server cpanel . dont forget to copy hidden files when entering in file manager chk show hidden files..
 
hey, I'm using the filezilla and logged in.. but gives an error here

how to show hidden files on file manager?.. I tried to zip the files, but I can't find the file zipped.

TRY TO MAKE BACKUP VIA THE CPANEL
I KNOW THERE IS AN OPTION THERE.
IT WILL MAKE ALL THE BACKUP OF ALL FILES INCLUDING DATABASE IN RAR FORMAT OR SO ...
THEN UNZIP ON YOUR COMPUTER AND HENCE UOPLOAD TO YOUR NEW HOST VIA FILEZILLA OR OTHER

I'm currently in a free host, I think I don't have that option.
 
Hello, if you need some assistance uploading your files to your new server then i can assist you.

I would need the user-names and passwords to your new account to be able to login and upload the data for you, of course i don't expect you to do this as you do not really know me, however the offer is there should you decide to let me assist you.

I appreciate your kindness better than the first person posted who's trying to help. xD
But I should try it myself to fix this issue for me to learn and not called noob again. :)

the .tar.gz works and I'm downloading it right now.. is it contains my files or just the DB?.
