Try out Gazelle, What.cd made it and run it, plus coded their own tracker named "
Ocelot"

It pisses over all other software/scripts in the torrent world.
HIGHLY cstomizable aswell.

Best of all it's free.

I'm sorry, but from your current posts, I can see that you have no idea what you want nor how torrent trackers work.
You're asking for a "executable backend" for a torrent tracker. If you were even a bit informed about how they work, you'd see that MOST (or even all) of them are coded entirely in PHP. So the "executable backend" is a PHP script. PHP works both on windows and linux (lol). The torrent tracker scripts would work on any server having apache & php compiled with neccesery modules.

Get more informed on stuff you need before asking. Today everybody wants to do everything, everyone wants to own a hosting company, tons of websites, and doesn't want to learn anything. Things don't work that way.

I'm not some random WJ retard like you are used to. I'm just looking for a well modified executable tracker software, after being sick of developing with the MonoTorrent API.
