Youtube partners dont usually disclose their earnings. I guess thats why they aren't mentioned here.

It's actually against the YouTube partner agreement terms to disclose how much they are earning which is why most don't say :P.

You can reach the top 10 by Following their TOS and never ever trying to break a rule or trying to cheat from them. They know what you are doing and what not so stick to basics and you can do it, always!

Yea, with all their Ph.D employees and vast control over the internet, it is pretty hard to circumvent them.
