I have to agree with Chemicalx.
There used to be moderators for specific area of the forum, but that practice seems to be in decline.
It cannot be relied upon for members to repeatedly report threads that contravene the forum rules for staff members to react to those reports. Should moderators not want to moderate then why have them in that role?
Personaly I think "Moderators" should police certain sections of the forums and Super Moderators oversee that role and intervene when Moderators do not fulfill their duties. Having a couple of Moderators and Super Moderators on a forum of this size is certainly understaffed.
