That happened to me once with Thevideo. I e-mailed them on the site e-mail and they fixed it within 24 hours and e-mailed me back as well.

Anyone know if i buy premium account thevideo, my upload speed will be faster? Sometimes i upload with 20-40mb/s and recent i can t get over 1mb/s and rarely 1.5mb/s. Have anyone encounter this problem ?? (i mentioning that i have fiber 1GB internet speed)
 
i dont think this function exists anymore. they have not updated their details on make money page..

Payment Still Pending.......
 
may username on thevideo is plagijator and I have payment pending since 2017-02-08
They said that payments are issued on the 15th and 1st of each month but so far still pending.
I hope I will be payed today.
