No they didn't because his only activity was to receive money from Netload and if Netload's activities are questionable, they shouldn't have approved Netload's paypal account in the first place.Well they have the right to do that, it is in their ToS, and your activity was questionable.
Can everyone post filehosts (They know of) that recently/currently have fallen prey to this PayPal hitch.v

@axl, did you receive a big payment or sth? Can you keep us updated on this matter? This is really getting out of hand.
Paypal having proof that an uploader is uploading copyrighted material is one thing (not sure since when they have become part of MPAA/RIAA/etc), limiting people's accounts because they wanted to is another. They can limit people's accounts because of the latter because it is in their TOS but the former is impossible because they can't possibly have proof for such thing.Netload is not doing anything illegal in operating their business, but those of you that upload copyright protected files that you do not own the rights to is. It is probably also a violation of Netloads ToS, whether they enforce it or not is not the issue.
@humour Yeah right .....1000 people upload same copyrighted material ....from 40 differnt countrys ...be sure that everyone will go in court.I dont give a sh%t about this.
Anyway what is the real reason that Paypal blocked filehosts accounts? And only filehosts that have affiliate program?
US dont like other people to make money!
Why they not close megashares, mediafire, rapidshare and a lot other hosts that dont have affiliate programs?
In rapidhare for example are a lot more illegal stuffs then in any other filehost!!
US hate to see that other people try to make money !!
Paypal is verry popular payment processor in online bussiness and is US company.
Also VISA and Masterard are US companies, i see it as next target for combating Filehosts with affiliate program!

@humour they can find out anyway.
I am paypal verified user ....and to become verified i must send them copy of my ID , and electricity bills.
So they can found out your identity even if you enter real details or fakes!
Also they can check IP , if they really want to caught you
He is a boob?!
@WDF And then why host like mediafire, rapidshare ...etc (that dont have affiliate programs) are not affected??
I tell you why:
US is the biggest cash whore !!!And cant see other making money. As i already said .....on rapidshare are more illegal stuffs then in any other host with affiliate program!!!!!!
Real Fact: Illegal stuffs is not the problem (because dont affect the biggests hosters of illegal stuffs) , the problem is the money !
