Never received a reply of my support ticket.

Created it on 28th may and still never got a reply back.

I upgraded to "business account" did the credit card verification.

Still my account was unverified and I asked the support guy here he said not to create any more support tickets.


Well too poor service Payza :facepalm:
 
Verification Problem :

Subject: Please help me.I did the verification wire tranfer,but you didn't verify me.
Department: Account Verification Inquiries

I made a Bank wire tranfer for VERIFICATION (I selected verification method),
The bank wire tranfer was succesfull,but I didn't get verified.
It was a bankwire tranfer for verification only
Please fix it and make me verified.

Hi Esotorisk,

With the Business account comes an added layer of verification. If you own a corporation, partnership or LLC you will have to submit a document to prove ownership.

Don't worry if you don't own a company, you can always complete the corporate verification by declaring sole proprietorship.

Follow these instructions to set your business account to Sole Proprietor: 1. Click on "My Profile" and then "Account Verification".
2. Under "corporation", select "Corporation Documentation".
3. Change your business type to "Sole Proprietorship" and click "Next".
4. Uncheck "tax/registration document" and select the option that states "I do not have any tax/registration documents" and click "Next".
5. Click "Send".

I am from Serbia and I use payza for transfer money,
but i have a problem, my credit card can not be verified.
Can you please tell me how to do this, this verification is means a lot to me

I heard that Payza is having issues with licensing in the US. How is that affecting the ETA of funds transfers?

Although we did have a slight delay for US micro deposits and US bank transfers, the issue has been resolved.

Let me know if you are waiting on a bank transfer I can confirm with you the actual date it was exported.

We are running some updates on our credit card features, this service is currently under maintenance. I will update members of the Wjunction community as soon as it's back up.

Did payza support Serbia for transfers, whit banks in That country

We offer wire withdrawal/deposits to our Serbian members. As long as the bank accepts international wires you should not have a problem.

I have been waiting for a micro deposit from 10 business days ago.

My Account Is Got Hacked by Somebody And My All Money Has Gone ..

I have recently check my inbox and i was shocked because somebody has sent all my money to his account and i dont know who is he ... also i cant access to my payza account .. How he can know my PASSWORD and PIN...

Please tell me what should i do know

I cant reset my password when i do i get this messege

"The email that you have provided does not exist or is not a primary email. Please try again with a Payza registered email address."
 
Unable to make a call when i do it says " Sorry we are unable to take your call right now please call again later" After 2 hours i try again and get the same msg.. Please solve my issue Payza i cant call and here u are not replying
