Hello Mo3tez,

It should be ok, I have seen PayPal cards work in AlertPay. Keep in mind that you should only fund the your AlertPay Pre Paid Card with your AlertPay balance.

Hey Corage,

We apologize for the inconvenience, however members are only able to exchange funds from one payment processor to another through an AlertPay approved exchanger. Currently our approved exchangers are unable to support exchanges between Paypal and AlertPay.

To view a list of the exchangers our members can use through our system please do the following:
1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw".
2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger"
3) Click on the word "exchanger"

Please help. I created an alertpay account for more than a month now yet it is still unverified. When I try to verify it using my CC, I got this error message "Credit card validation is coming soon.Please try again later." This has been for quite some time now. What should I do?
 
Hi mates from a new user of AlertPay.

I just created my AlertpPay Personal Pro account.
I have not entered a bank account or a credit card yet.

If another user sends me money in my AlertPay account now that i have not added a bank account or a credit card yet, will I receive the money in my AlertPay account or should I should first add a bank account or a credit card in order to receive them?

Also my Personal Pro account is not verified yet. I tried option B "Credit Card Validation" and i am getting "Credit card validation is coming soon.Please try again later. "
When will my credit card be validated.Wil it take much?

Can i receive money in my Alertpay account or not?

Maybe this is silly question but i am new and i want to be careful in my first steps that's why i am asking :)

If I want to withdraw [bank wire] more then USD700 from alertpay to my bank account, it is necessary to verify my account? [I am in personal pro]

it is possible for personal starter to withdraw more then USD400?

If I in personal pro, someone send USD100 to my alertpay account , I've see USD97.25 inside my alertpay account? [which mean USD100 - USD2.5 - USD 0.25]
 
I opened 2 support tickets yesterday but i got no answer.I checked my email but no response.Where do we get the responses to our tickets?In email or somewhere in our alertpay account?
