Hi pedrosa

It depends on the type of account you have.

If you have a Personal Starter account and have not exceed $400 USD for one month or $2000 lifetime, then you do not have to pay receiving fees.

2.5% + $0.25 is for a Personal Starter Account, that has received beyond those aforementioned amounts, and for Personal Pro and Business Accounts.

Cheers

hi sean
more than 3 months check and credit withdrawals are temporarily unavailable, and every time any one ask about it you said you are working on it and be patient it's going to work in few weeks and now it's a few months
is it going to be a few years ?
your clients needs to know the true is it going to work again or not, and if it going to work we need to know the right data we were patient enough

I would love to use AlertPay, but I can only withdraw through credit card and the service is unavaible... :/

Hi Sonic, mr. ehab, Quakcing, rokyee

Cheque withdrawal is being tested with our service providers. Testing has been progressing well, at this moment there is no date for when it will be implemented.

Credit card withdrawal is still a work in progress. There are a few issues on this front; one is how it will work within our system as our member base grows. The second issue is how it will work with our service providers and the agreements they have with different countries.

We understand your frustration, and are working on trying to restore these services. It is in our best interest to have these services up and running again. It serves no purpose for us not to offer multiple withdrawal options.

In addition, we are talking about restoring services that involve banks, credit card companies, and bank regulations that differ by country. The implementation is slow because of the parties that are involved.

We appreciate your patience, and once those services are back, we will announce them.

Cheers

Unlike paypal, can alertpay limit our account for reasons like usual activities, selling activities, etc.

Hi pankaj

PayPal does have that reputation. In fact that’s why AlertPay was started. The owners were doing large volume of sales through PayPal, and kept having their money frozen.

They created their own secure online payment processor, AlertPay, so that they wouldn’t have this issue. 7 years later, AlertPay has grown to 7 million members.

If you follow the user agreement, and are not conducting illegal/unlawful business you will never have issues.

Why Alertpay don't enable check withdrawals first? :)

Better have 2 withdrawal methods working than just one. You can continue testing credit card. ;)

Hi Sonic

We are not waiting on one to be ready to launch both withdrawal options.

If one service has been tested, and ready to go we will launch that regardless of what is happening with the other option.

Cheers

Hi george101

PayPal charges the sender instead, and charges on each recipient.

Are you part of an affiliate network? We work with many of them for payout options, for there mass pay options.
