I bought the VPS 2 days before ... The support is really Great and really very friendly... I had alot of problems which Brad and his team sorted out in very less time... although there is no live chat ..but the response of tickets is really fast... They helped me on every step and asked me if they could do it for me...

As this is the 3rd day and VPS is running really Good No downtime ...

Support = 10/10
