I DIDN'T! Don't you get it. Look back through the thread. people have had their accounts hacked.

Look back to when I made my 1st post. I gave an excellent review. 2 days later their new NL server went wrong and from that day nothing but problems. 12 days of them trying to fix it and I got 7 days compensation.

I am not trying to put these people down, the support is superb, as i said it has to be because every day I had to wait for them to repair something. Go back and look at the thread.

I can't be bothered to waste any more time on this thread.

I had sborg with Somik, the developer and never had a problem, I did not touch my files even though I know how to. i asked the questions on the official sborg forums long ago how to change the php files. this time i didn't need to as tehhost did it for me.
all I am saying is if you have problems get away quick because it don't get no better. I wasted a month of every day putting in tickets and sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for everything to be fixed.

look at the screenshot of my support tickets you child. This is not false. For $5 i would have stayed with them if it wasn't so stressful. I now have gone back to my RDP for $25 because it works!

I have seen the last a person complaining about their support,I think its the most false statement i have ever seem,lame.I find them very helpful and organised.The admins are also very reputed here on Wj.I dont know much about others here,but this is the best service I have experienced in my life on the www.

I myself am happy with the service, even thought I have had problems, they have been nice enough to fix them within 2-4 hours, which I cant fault.

At the moment I am having speed issues with FS, but I am not sure if that is FS or the server, but I know they will fix it if it is the server.

And you should change the password for both FTP and Sborg, I didnt know myself what my FTP password was as I never access it and just forgot about it.

Anyway I think that Tehhost service is one of the best.

I am one happy customer, I will pay today for 2nd month, though it had bad times in start (for which I will ask for compensation after 2nd payment..:p) but I seriously recommend them as now they are going very well, they don't get annoyed by your frequent questions and support tickets, very helpful guys they are.
Highly recommended for new customers.

have a read through this. if there were 10 tabs open then my account was hacked or hte uploads had hung so continued when i opened another tab to try to upload the same file. I TOLD YOU IT WAS HANGING!!!!!.

I got up this morning, checked my email and was pleased to see the email telling me you had setup my template for me. I tried to login but my sBorg has been re installed, my password is back to changeme, I have no Movie template you setup, all my login details and ftp details have gone. I am really not happy, I spent ages setting that lot up and now have to do it all again. Why did you do this?
Someone at your end did this, I told you before I did not change any core files the last time there was problems, please sort this out asap and re do my template for me. Since using your service I have only managed 2 posts, with my RDP I could easily manage 10. How has this happened?

I would like to inform you that it wasnt a problem from your end buy was cause due to a user abusing our server and hence corrupting the http configuration.We had to deploy all the sBogs from scratch and re-configure it. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you may have faced but this was something which we had no control over. However we have put precautionary measures to prevent this in the near future. I am setting up your details now.

The 1st time i tried to upload it got stuck but had uploaded but as it got stuck it did not generate the post. So i tried again and got this speed

Uploaded at 0.305 MB/s

This is really becoming a nuisance as I am using a lot of bandwidth and getting a lot of duplicate files on all my filehosts. As I upload to 8 I haven't got time to go to all of them and delete the duplicates.

From past 1 week Fileserve is updating their system daily so sBorg developers are having a hard time to completely code its plugin, it will be fixed as soon as Fileserve will fix everything at their end.

It is affecting FTP upload as well since they seem to be changing their entire system. Please bear with us if you get random drop-downs in speed. This is really something which we cannot control. We expect it to be resolved soon.

Torrent issue has now been sorted for 8 hours. It should be working fine. I have setup your sBorg with all the settings that you provide. If however I missed something let us know and we will do it again. I apologize for the delay in setting these up for you.As for bandwidth exceeding you might know that with account restoration your account got reset to a lower bandwidth usage. I hope we could asnwer to all our queries

I downloaded a file from RS and was told wrong password or corrupted file. It was correct password. I then uploaded small file from home with a password and got same error. I then rared the file with no password and uploaded it. Same thing when i tried to transload to sborg.

Ok, rar works fine with FSC but I downloaded this file from RS - WALL.E.720p.iman24scene.com.mkv (473.24 MB)
Note the size, I upped it to FSC and the size upped is only 155B see pic 2a. I then downloaded the file from FSC and reupped to FSC and I got the correct file size as in pic two.

There is something wrong with the RS plugin. If does not extract and is not working fine. This is now the 3rd day I have spent more time sending in tickets than making posts.

I have now had enough of these problems with this server. i have had more downtime than up. Due to you having to wipe the server i today realized that I have also lost all my screenshots that were stored there.

Please move me to another server, I don't care if it is in the US. Please also copy my index.php file and the setup files so I do not have to yet again put them in. Last time you only did half and did not restore my template so this morning I wasted yet more time redoing 3.

I noticed on wjunction you gave someone a fileserve account as compensation. After all the problems I have had I should at least get that but would prefer oron if possible.

Your support is excellent but not much use if the server keeps givin problems

We are terribly sorry for the problems you had faced.But we are making sure that you have had your last problem with this server.
First of All,the slow loading issues are due to the DNS not being propagated in your place properly.It will be automatically solved within an hour as its automatically updated by that time.Try google DNS to speed up the processs.
Secondly,You will recieve an account as compensation and thats the least we can do for you for you.For you have been very patient with us. But im afraid we dont have a Oron account.But you can choose anything between Fileserve,Filesonic,Rapidshare,Hotfile and Wupload.
Thirdly,regarding the transfer.we have only two server and currently the US server is full.So,please bear with us.We are going to order two fresh servers in about a week(One is france and another in US).So,we can transfer you to any one of them on your request if you are still not satisfied.

As for you problems regarding x7 and upload getting hanged can you please try now and post back with screenshots for use to get a detailed info? Please check the logs to see whether your post has completed or not

No, it wasn't. You did not restore my templates nor did you fill in all my host details. I have spent a lot of time doing setup over and over again. Lucky I backed up my template (1). Thanks for your help designing that.

I got up at about 7 am this morning and had an email from you telling me that all was well. It is now 23:38 and I am still sending these messages. I have been back to wjunction and no one else seems to have problems, so why me? All I managed today was to re up two files.

The reason i have not edited my post is because it still does not work!

Do you have Team Viewer? perhaps we could try together. I seriously want to stay with you guys but i spend more time messing about than i did with my rdp

As for uploads stalling I just tried now and uploads were blazing fast and had no issues at all

As for Ran/Unrar option every other client on this server is using it without any issues.If its gets stalled again I would advise you to check your internet connection. Also check the logs later for completion confirmation.

I just tried and could easily connect. Our system is designed to block 3 or more incorrect attempts at logging in.However you should have no such problem now. I have added you IP address to your whitelist. I apologize for the inconvenience you had to face.

It Seems you are unhappy with our service and you have got reasons to be.As you might have known we are currently facing some configuration issues with our NL Server and hope to solve it soon and even better we have ordered a new US server. . i would like to know why I wasn't told it was a problem out of your control rather than telling me it was my dns settings. that reply got me to do a fresh install of windows on a 2nd HD as after changing my dns settings it made no difference. in your last post on wjunction you are suggesting i haven't supported you. After 9 days out of 11 of not being able to use my sborg properly and all the other problems i would say i have fully supported you.

I did not ask for a refund, I said I might ask for my account to be suspended until you could move me because these problems are just too frustrating.

I hope this clears up this matter as i was looking forward to being a customer of yours for the forseeable future.

Sir I just tried logging into your sBorg account and it worked fine.
As for DNS issues we are not one of those hosts to hide facts. At that time when your pages didnt load we had provided you proof that they were opening fine. However at a later stage we were facing page loading issues which should be solved soon. We have made some changed and we are pretty sure they should work now

This is a section of an email I received regarding compensation.

The server would be located in USA.In order to copensate for this loss we will provide you with a free sBorg upgrade to the latest released version of sBorg,i.e, sBorg 5.4 which has just released today.It would be a free upgrade which would cost us 3.5$.We feel this is the least we can do for you since you patiently beared by us during this trouble and we are grateful for that.We would also give you three days of extra usage or increased bandwidth in the next billing cycle.

I am not at all satisfied with this.

As you stated on wjunction you would be giving 2x and 3x compensation I need to remind you that i have not had access to any sborg so far today and as far as i am concerned that is a day wasted.

Since the 6th of the month i have only managed to successfully upload 36 files and generate posts, some of those are duplicates. This was due to the server causing all sorts of problems, slow rar, hanging sborg, i have been through all this before so no need to continue, you can check the tickets I have submitted.

i am almost certain i will have to reconfigure some settings in sborg, or ask for you help when i get on the new server.

That means that for 11 days I have had a server that didn't work correctly and today not at all so 3 days I feel is not enough. i have also lost 12 days of my filesonic premium account.

Please reconsider.

I apologize for the delay in the response but you must understand we have several clients to reply to and this takes time. Still we try our level best to provide the best possible support.
As for up gradation we would have kept the previous version however as you have seen it was obsolete with broken RS/FS/MU plugins .This is the sole reason we upgraded it. However if you still require the old version to be installed we can do that for you but please bear in mind it will have broken plugins.
All the settings you requested for have been done .If I missed any please let us know.

I have just checked my Fileserve account and none of the uploads have gone to my account. They uploaded to somewhere but not to me. This means i have wasted all that bandwidth, all my posts have the wrong links and I have wasted more time.
This is just not good enough. no need to rush, i am going to bed
The Password you provided in your setup was incorrect so sborg was uploading as a guest. I have fixed it and now its uploading to your account. (it wasn’t as I manually typed it and I copy/pasted it from a password manager, possibly account hacked)

This is nothing we can do about it. Seems to be an issue with Rapidshare servers. As for bandwidth I don't think you should complain about that since it has already been reset thrice. (so they should as they deleted all my files/setup files, templates and login details to 10 hosts!!!)

weird stuff happening.

yesterday my uploads were not going to my FS account and I was told it was because my password was wrong. Today the same has happened and it is not the pasword. i have tried it twice.

I have the video Sucker Punch (700MB) in my "Files" folder i did not download.

yesterday there were 2 porn clips uploaded to my FS account I did not upload.

Today i uploaded 1 movie and the screenshot was normal, 2 col, 4 row. just tried another and I am getting 1 col 5 rows

here is the output

changing # of column to 1 to meet minimum height of 150
How does this answer explain what has happened, I did’t change anything (Account hacked?)
and about unknown uploads, i will recommend you to change your password as soon as possible

People gotta realize between a Sales thread and support...

+1 buddy, some people are so dumb that they are still doing stupid support replies. In which most of the errors are even FAKE

I am one happy customer, I will pay today for 2nd month, though it had bad times in start (for which I will ask for compensation after 2nd payment..:p) but I seriously recommend them as now they are going very well, they don't get annoyed by your frequent questions and support tickets, very helpful guys they are.
