I was one of their clients until around a month ago and I didn't have problems like that. The speeds were good all the time and I experienced no service outages. The sales support and tech support was also excellent, knowledgeable and friendly.

And I agree, how could they help you with your problem if all you post are screenshots and comments? You have to give them the details of the problem, i.e. your settings, what exactly is going wrong, etc etc because they can't guess what the problem is.

Talk to them sensibly so they can help you find out what the problem is...

Yeah I did talk with them on their support and they did not resolve the problem then asked me to remove my post here previously as well. The support system isn't getting anywhere and my last resort is of course by posting here? You think I don't send in support tickets/hunting down the whole day to catch them so that I can USE my server?

As far as I know you had a chat with our technical agent who helped you to resolve your issue . Around two hours of live support was provided to you. You can try to report here but it will not help you resolve your issue as non of your technical details are with us which might have assisted us in resolving your issue. If you feel that there isnt any issue with the scripts We can only suggest you request for a node change to see if that helps .

Purchased VPS a couple of days ago, so far had no problems, installed my Own Sborg and Transmission, and all is working great, hope to stay with them as long as possible. The best Hosting Provider I have been with.
