Yes but i guess there's more files to modify all the things. However if you know how to deal well with CSS than yea you can try this. Sadly I am using livechat but the customization was made by my friend so I can't help you with that. I just remember that he said it was very easy.

Do you talk-them to get a product or service, or you spend time talking on some social issues?
If it i s business related there is really no need complaining.

Most clients prefer that personal relationship than some robotics website.
