I'm looking for suggestions for an unmanaged offshore VPS. Some key things we'd like are great speed/connectivity, a fast server that isn't oversold (guaranteed a good percentage of CPU, etc), good uptime, and a decent policy on DMCA notices. I think we're looking primarily at NL servers, but other suggestions are ok.
We'd need:
-linux
-2 IPs
-at least 300GB traffic
-20GB HD space
-1 GB guaranteed RAM
-Direct Admin preffered but not required
-a custom plan would be nice because, at present, we don't need all the traffic and HD space that would usually come with 1GB RAM plan.
Can anybody give some suggestions for reputable hosts that could meet these requirements?
