I need suggestion from you, i want to start a Torrent tracker project so want to start from low budget vps, what specs will be better for a starter ?

Actually looking for some reliable solution as i mentioned above that it's just start of project.

I want to ask 1 more question here, 256/512 MB ram will be fine to start Torrent Tracker with 150 to 200 hits daily? in starting.
