You may be right, but then again, its a new host, and KnownSRV has been here since 2009 - that's like almost 3 years now.

Imo, if you are serious about your forum then you should go for either of the following -
KnownSRV
Motionite
WRZHost

Go for levelhosting.ca Started in 2008.

They colocate their hardware as well. I am hosted with them for 2 months and not a single downtime :) You can also find their sticky thread on WHT

To be honest - don't go for cheap stuff. They really do not live up to their standards - however good they might seem to be.

Take my case for example -
I went with AQH, which gave me buck load of features for like 7 USD quarterly (I used a promo coupon), but then again the site was up and down - never stable.
Out of the four months, I got barely 1 week of 100% uptime. Shubhank2me suggested KnownSRV - and now I've shifted to them, and I am sure that they will live up to my expectations. And yes, KnownSRV is a bit more expensive than AQH, but believe me - its worth every penny spent.

Now its upto you brother. Take a pick. :D

They provide Shared Hosting in US only. You can check their thread on WHT for more info http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1065355

Well, as much i am aware of they do allow it as long as you co-operate with DMCA notices. I suggest you to contact their support, you will get a reply within max 15 minutes. :)

Hmm, thanks for the info mate. Lemme ask you something, do you use their Shared Hosting packages for Warez Linking? :O

I am not sure if you can classify it as warez linking, but still i use it for linking to mobile games and apps (cracked one's), which can also be considered as warez linking

But as the OP mentioned, he is starting a new warez site, which will definitely be safe from legal notices for the first 2-3 months
