Why did you remove paypal billing options for more than 1month?
Will you do rebills automatic like other filehosts?

PayPal has limited our account: payments are being held for 30 days.

All payouts will be delayed starting from this week accordingly. They will be delayed up to 30 days, but we will do our best to process them as soon as possible.

Jun [ 13, 20 ] payouts will be processed in the beginning of July.

If paypal limited your account why you delay payment through Webmoney ?
 
It doesn't matter - Paypal or Webmoney payouts. If you would think a little bit longer, and that's not as an offense, then you would realize that users buy premiums via PayPal and credit cards, not by Webmoney.
