Why I see inactive files and message "These files we will delete in the next 10 days!"? My account status says "Premium" and bellow I see info that says "Premium status: We won't delete any files, because of inactivity."
6-7 months I use StreamZ and never got even one inactive file and now they will delete about 400 of my files even if I'm with a premium stratus.
