At least slowly it come to 15 seconds, before was 30. but it will cool down, we had this problem many times

I know, but this problem must be solved soon, because visitors will say us Bye Bye, the will not be waiting 15 seconds to watch some video

i have some solutions on this, we will for now use 2 servers, one video will be transferred to 2 servers instead of 1. we shouldn't have this problems then, just like we fixed many issues
