As i can see, I think there's no other way. I mean, all of them exchangers are taking from 10% to 15% for PayPal.
So, you can also make a deal with some of them and give them our 10-15% from our payout requests.
Example: Some of us request 50$ and we get 42,5 - 45$ on our PayPal. I think that many of us will be satisfied with that.
You don't lose anything and we're ok with that.

The issue is he wants the fee on the payout so and there are fees on the paypal payment because its not send via friends & family (not sure if its called like that)

And paypal is unsafe anyway so im not sure to use a service which takes 10-15% from us and more from the user.

Please i want to ask, do you remove videos if it is inactive? And how long please?

Also will it be deleted completely? Because my app is new and i get little views or no views for now and I'm scared if after uploading lot's of movies it will get deleted

Only after 60 days without any view or download, but if you block our ads in your app its against our ToS
 
It says that the ad blocker is activated, but it isn't, and I have Medium Ads - 30% Earnings activated, and the notifications keep appearing, taking up the entire player, including the play button.
 
I tried wth adult ads and 30% but dont have that issue, can you pm me with an link of yours (screenshot of the error) and in best case which country you are trying to access the link
