vip can encode the videos to 1080P.. why premium can not do it?

I think StreamSB already have a good approach.
Only webmasters with good traffic can become VIP and have 1080p.
If everyone could access it it would probably impact the encoding/streaming speed for everyone. and StreamSB will be as shitty and slow as other videohosts. or will start adding more ads.
StreamSB 720p bitrate is already good enough for people who don't bring any traffic.
