On windows 7 using .Net framework 4.6 can't watch videos on chrome.on firefox videos sometimes play, sometimes can't play.
Streamtape, Mixdrop, Streamlare... many other servers can play videos smoothly on platforms but your system is not like that. you can test it yourself and hope the StreamSB technical team will fix this as soon as possible
