I have just received a new report that the domain slwatch.co are blocked to some countries. We recommend you to add your own domain.

Are you referring to the ad blocking option? I don't have it enabled, see I recorded a video for you on how your player works. https://streamlare.com/e/WvBgrD8okjjnMZ64

All videos work so badly! Check your servers.

The second problem is video transcoding errors. This is a 265x video codec

There are a lot of such videos, put things in order already, or do not do it at all, if something does not work properly with you.

I can't watch your videos, please do change your access settings and disable the block direct access.
 
I also got some movies failed.

But the worst: There are video files converting for over 20 hours now.

For example this 1.8GB file is converting for 20 hours and still not finished:

How long is the video?. It might be expired URL issue or on the server timeout. We are still looking at it.

Hi, why isn't there a button in parameter to not display the download button on the bottom right of the player and display the download button on the top right of the player? : https://ibb.co/tYVfdwj For streamSB it's possible, why don't you do the same ?
 
ok please add a button in parameter to not show the download button at the bottom of the video but show the download button at the top of the video, thanks for noting my suggestion

Suggestion: why not put the possibility to modify the video by right-clicking with the mouse on a video in the video list? It would be faster than clicking on the 3 dots each time https://ibb.co/d0KRsvM

I have a problem woth "Domain Settings".
I added a custom domain but forgot to change the DNS, and changed it too late so now it says Status: Error. ANd this wont change even with the correct DNS now.
And I also cant remove it to readd it. When I try to delete it I get the error: "Domain cannot be removed"

What can I do now?
