if you can create separate servers for premium members, it would be great.
Free users will probably use your service for hosting (not streaming/download), it doesn't bring you any revenue

hmm, not really a good idea, we only offer premium bandwidth not premium user.. those users who has premium bandwidth could be transferred all their files into a separate servers but once they have no more premium bandwidth, that means, we also have to transfer back their files into their old servers.
anyway, no worries, we always keep those popular videos into a nonoverloaded server.
