Thanks. My videos are in MP4 format. BTW I use Handbrake to re-encode the videos to burn English subs, audio codec is AC3.

maybe, your problem is audio Codec, for streaming site, change your audio codec to AAC, set to 128Kbps or higher.

I think I did try that, using a different codec like AAC and higher Kbps with no luck but I will try again. thanks again.

Tier 3 is counted like tier 5. I can proof that i have only high tiers views (A&B tiers).

He simply ignore our messages. No support at all by streamin.to
