try upload in mp4 format, it will not converted, so you can get real audio and video..

Thanks. My videos are in MP4 format. BTW I use Handbrake to re-encode the videos to burn English subs, audio codec is AC3.

maybe, your problem is audio Codec, for streaming site, change your audio codec to AAC, set to 128Kbps or higher.
