Can you please move Canada to Tier 1 ?


Also, a few problems....

1. Some of my viewers have watched full videos, but they didn't count. And they're not using proxies or VPNs.... I thought you only needed 25% watched to count, but it seems that not even with full views it's counting.... :(

2. Users have been reporting a LOT of buffering while watching videos. Like really a LOT of buffering.... Can you do something? Add more servers or something?

3. BIG PROBLEM:

You will be pending for 12-13 more days because you didn't request it on the 29th. That's how it's always been - to get paid on the 15th you need to request by the 14th and to get paid on the 30th you gotta request on the 29th.

I do not know English well :). My average daily earnings are about 50$.

Not true, i don't recall a time where i got paid on time, my last one i requested it on 29th and got it on 2nd April.
 
Your local time might be ahead of their server time...i.e could be the 2nd where you are and the 1st where they are.
