Update:
The remaining videos that were broken and still showing a Media Error have all been resolved now :)

I really really hoped the issue was gone forever but it started again and even to new videos, at this point I'm not really confident anymore that this issue can be fixed cause despite promises it comes back over and over and I want to keep giving chances to this host but on the other hand viewers are getting really angry, this is getting out of hand definitely. :(

I think this is due to the addition of new servers, my previous post is just to keep @UploadHub.to informed, let's wait, I'm sure they will fix everything

Hi,
Please DM the video that is down, I believe it is still part of the same server we are trying to resolve, as I mentioned above. We are awaiting our Datacenter to reply, as them who has blocked the server. DMCA is tricky haha, but don't worry it will be resolved soon, and all files will be fine, like you've seen before with other files that had this issue.

this is really too much for real, he told us everything will be okay and than when we publish them, slow start and buffering and some videos not working..... this will just make people stop using your website @UploadHub.to i told you before to focus on those more than anything but the same problem is coming over and over again, i lost many new views because of this i can't use it at this moment until you fix everything.

Yes, we are focusing on it, it is not easy when a host chooses to be DMCA free, now if we were to comply with all reports you would lose files like other hosts. But as stated above, we are awaiting our host, it is not our end (For files with Media error)

As for the buffering, we will resolve this by tonight. Too many popular files on one server, need to space them out.

It will be resolved, like other servers we have fixed before. You have seen it, the files did not work and we fixed them. This is just another instance with our new server, we did not apply our proxy to it, so it received a DMCA report to our host, we complied with 5-6 links they wanted to be removed, and now awaiting for them to unblock the server. We then will apply our proxy, as our other servers have.


Please just remember, we are doing a lot of things that other hosts do not do. Our host is not as easy to run as others, but that is fine, we know what we are doing, and you will see everything will be fine and better very soon, it is a process.

And keep in mind too, this is just 1 server that is down, we have over 20, so not all your files will show media errors. Some files buffer, but like I said in my reply above this, it will be resolved by tonight, it is due to popular files.
