Rates were upgraded for a period of time a now they are back to normal

Because it was a Promo, Tier 1 was 60$ per 10k
And tier 2 was on 40$ per 10k

Now the rates are back to normal 40$ for tier 1 and 20$ for tier 2

constant upload issues, what happened to all these hosts? upload issues everywhere, its like everyone lost their competence and skills to serve quality service for uploaders. how do these guys expect us to work with them? one case i can understand, but upload problems every day is just impossible
