We don’t have any reason to lie. Rates change based on what’s profitable. If it’s not profitable for us at any point we will alter it until it is. We are trying to keep it as high as possible and understand based on the device type and counties about how much revenue we can earn. As long as we profit we can provide stable earnings for uploaders too. Nobody is in this industry to operate a charity. Of course some companies would just lie, answer “yes” to your question , and then shave until they profit. We are realistic. No $ value for views is ever permanent - any company losing money will alter their rates until they aren’t losing.
