Stream Hosters which provide an API for uploading files

Hi, i'm currently looking for stream hosters which are reliable, have decent payouts and provide an API for uploading files.
Of course there is openload.
I also found rapidvideo, but i don't know yet if they are reliable.
Thevideo have an API, but somehow not for uploading files.
Streamcloud doesn't seem to have an API
Hope you can name some others
