Strange problem with Webmoney "Security question".. Help please!

Hi,

I have a strange problem with webmoney and i can't send my money


When I send money I have to write the security answer as you see in the photos

I forgot my security answer.. and i tried to assign my mobile phone but i must enter the security answer too

I sent a ticket to the support 2 days ago but they didn't replay..

please help me.. I can´t send my money

Oh! Thanx mate, but i solved this problem for a long time.. I remembered the security question and the problem was solved..
