All I know is the download and upload speeds for registered users is really good and in the near future they will do streaming for uploaded videos

I allow this file host on my forum

site script is well done and looks professional
but the site depends only on reseller 'downloadnolimit' for sales and don't have his own gateways for cc
and that not good

Yes it is. Just look at the file manager same option as the xfilesharing script, same layout, the way export links works.
And when you export a file the value for the target atribute (target=_blank) is not between quotation marks, like all sites using xfilesharing script.

Not saying it's scam or anything, they did a good job customizing it, this usually show they are serious, but i'm pretty sure they use xfilesharing script.
