Stop Duplicate Posts

I am really pissed off people posting the same topics over and over either by MP4 or 5

I mean is it possible to stop people ( from all ways ) to stop posting duplicate posts of the posts they already made before

Same topic same user have posted over 10 times

Also is there a way to sort or filter out the topics already posted multiple times by a single user

I use IPB 3.1.4

Okay, I just gave this a quick run on my ipb 3.1.4 test board and all seems to going fine.

I just click flag as spammer then when I got a few spammers I go to the ACP, move them to banned group and delete their posts via ACP tool.
