Make sure to check out different reviews about hosts. I do not recommend HostGator, I have been using different ones like HawkHost. You might also take a look at https://mradultaffiliate.com which has lots of information on the adult industry topic.

Starting a Porn site? Avoid EIG (Endurace International Group) at all costs which includes, bluehost, hostgator, arxive and more. I would personally recommend grabbing a vps or dedi from either leaseweb.nl or OVH (For cheaper option on dedis go to kimsufi which is owned by OVH) - They are very lenient on these kind of sites.

MAKE SURE THE LOCATION IS IN THE NETHERLANDS

In terms of scripts you could use Wordpress and install WP-Script or grab a PHP Script like AVS (Adult Video Script) it's really expensive but I'm sure you can find nulled version although I wouldn't recommend doing that.

For keywords make them relatable to the site you're running ofcourse so they must be related to porn in some way. Do a simple google search for porn keywords you should get a nice list.

Last but not least use SEO tools to promote your website on search engines and post in adult forums to try boost your traffic.

(Now days because you've got sites such as beeg or pornhub which literally dominate the porn industry I would suggest making a porn site specific to one category like HomePorn or Voyeur Porn, most importantly make sure your domain is easy to read and fairly short as nobody wants to be typing a long ass url just to find the right porn video)
