Sorry to see premiums not as they were yesterday, today is only 10 hours in so you have another 14 hours to get sales.

Okay, I ran some checks on this that i am able to do.

It says 1 sale today? or are you still seeing 0?

Also yesterday i believe someone went to your account to try and create some custom plan for you? The problem is that they switched you accidentally to USD from EUR, and the custom plan mod is not going to work until later this week anyway.

So for a large part of yesterday i think your account was billing people in USD. This made the 9.49 eur account quite attractive because it was 9.49 usd. Although squillion has not enabled that mod yet because for now they still can only credit the affils with EUR. So you were getting EURO but they were getting the accounts in USD for a part of the day. That would have perhaps boosted the sales up too.

Today already from the over all stats on the site is not as busy sales wise as yesterday so far. Perhaps people have to get up and get to work etc.

The last factor is this, please wait 24 hours before seeing the correct earned income for one day the no cookie sales are only manually added later. You may get some of those too. These are explained a couple of pages back. I ran a check and it seems most of your premiums come from a certain country. This country has a few no cookie premiums in the pot so perhaps some of those will be credited to you later too.

Please report only after the day is totally finished. However i can not guarantee you will get 12 today because from the master stats, they look much lower today than yesterday so far.

No premiums are ever not linked to the affiliate account they come from. Since if the cookie does not track them and they appear on the system with a 0 referer. Then they get manually traced with the ip to the first download they make. Right now for these the money shows up and also the account is added to your referals so the rebill will show correctly in the stats after that time.

The manual tracing of the no cookie sales can take up to 24 hours since sometimes many persons turn their cookies off or put high security browsing settings, so please give enough time for these to be added.

Squillion invites a person to do a test sale themselves under another account at any random time to test it is being added to their account. They can even turn off their cookies, and as long as they download one of their files first then the sale will be manually added to their account in 24 hours.

This manual process is now getting a mod so it will be done automatically and hopefully then will take less than 24 hours, and also the stats will not just show random money coming into your account (this has confused people and they have asked why are they getting extra money added to their account ) it will adjust the stats too so you can see why you are getting this money.

So anyway please await 24 hours for any correct stats comparison. I should not expect to see it go from 12 to 0, so i see why you are concerned. However please review after the day has ended and also even give some time perhaps 5-6 hours into the next day. Overall your stats should be stable, you need to compare over longer time spans. Can you do a print screen of say a months stats and send me this in a PM. My moderator access does not grant me permission to actually see inside your account so i can't do this myself.

Please report back to me after a few days and let me know if you still consider there could be some issue with your account. But right now it seems to be working fine from what i can see.

I have been told this should be in action within 2-3 weeks, this process has been a long and tough one, so it has taken much longer than at first thought. I am sorry about that , but it will be here, the process is almost there.
 
@Claire-Parker I forgot something ....remote upload works good just some hours after that speed is slow (for me not a big problem , i use an RDP to take my files from backup account and is the same time).For other users who use RU a lot could be a problem!

Hi,

Yes, i tried to explain this, the script does not regonise as your referal at time of sale because he has no cookies enabled. Most account dont get many 'no cookie' premiums, but for some reason some accounts get a quite a few. It usually depends on the surfers browser security settings because high security setting stops cookies.

We manually trace his first download from his ip and then put him under your referals. You get the correct money and also when it rebills the script then knows he is your referal from then on so it will show in the stats. However at the time of the first sale the script does not recognise it and it does not show in the stats, but the money still shows up..

Please read how i explained it above and have before on this thread. The money shows up but the stats saying signup does not - so it looks like you just got money for nothing, but if you check you will see those referals are now under you in your list. Several people already asked about this before in this thread. It requires more modification to the script to make the stats show it they are working on getting this done. Although it is annoying bug it does not effect your income and you never miss a sale.

This only happens for non cookies premiums, most people hardly ever get these but some accounts send lots of them.
