SpectraIP He closed my account with false reasons

This company closed my account without any reason.

I sent them a ticket demanding that just like they applied my referral commission last month, they also apply it to my bill this month.

And what they did was close my account, taking away my VPS without it having expired.

The worst thing of all is that my VPS was offline for a day due to their poor service.

And today they come and close everything, my VPS has not even expired.

That is, demanding that my referral commission be applied to my monthly invoice, is that rude?

Now they deleted all the tickets so as not to leave any proof of what they did.

Thank you for your experience. I have not received a response from support for a day now. I think I will change companies.Before I start having more serious problems.

It may take up to weeks to respond.

This is the big problem for companies that have a lot of clients, just because they have a lot of clients, they think they can do whatever they want with the client.

I am not asking for an immediate solution, but at least some response in a few hours, not days.
 
If you want at trustworthy VPS / Server hosting company you should contact @mastypk (I hope he still lurks around wjunction :) )

I have used them for 5 years now - I cant find anything remotely negative to say - not at all.
They answer tickets very very fast (weekend and holidays may be slower but nothing notable)

I started with smaller storage servers but have now 2 bigger dedicated servers with annual billing and I have my 4+ websites hosted with them also with adult content.

They have always gone the extra mile to help me with any kind of issue I may have had - even stuff that is not so much related to the services I buy from them.

I am in no way affiliated with them - I am simply a customer.
If you contact mastypk it may be so that you cant agree on anything and that is fine - I just wanted to put a recommendation out there.

Server is fast and performance is nice.

Good performance, I'm sure you say that because of the resources, or are you going to deny that your website wasn't slow 2 days ago because of the VPS?

Because 2 days ago all of their VPSs had problems and all the pages were slow and the VPS barely loaded.

About good support you probably say that because they respond to you, but you don't say that it takes up to weeks to respond to a ticket.

Yeah, server was slow 2 days ago with normal serverload. Can confirm that.

But it's working fine again and this was the first time I noticed "troubles". Maybe DDoS attack on the node(s) or something.

2 days ago I made the payment to renew my VPS, since it expired on the 23rd and I didn't have time to move my 10 web pages and a BTCPay Server.

And since it was paid with a card, the verification is manual, it's been 2 days and they haven't updated the payment... if this continues like this my VPS will be suspended when I already made the payment with a card 2 days ago...

yes, the vast majority of VPS went through that and all of my clients' VPS, about 10 VPS, were that slow.

another day more @SpectraIP that the bad support does not verify my payment, so my VPS will be suspended if they do not verify the payment I made via card.
