No we don't count files under 5 MB .
We have fixed rates for all files (biger than 5 MB) no matter what size they are 100 MB or 1 GB we pay same .

Sorry for delayed we are having some issue with PayPal account , looks like they are disabling account even when we pay for filehostings ,
For that we decide to increase payment method for paypal and now on we are paying as a service . min payment will be 50 $.
