Hiring Someone who will setup me a professional vpn hosting website

I don't need custom templates. But I will pay someone for 30$ who will setup us a vpn hosting site that is really looking professional also if possible I need WHMCS installed on it.

I have experience with WHMCS but $30 is insanely underpaid.
And how do you think to make it look professional without a custom template? It's either predefined template or a custom one? And predefined ones are pretty "thin" on the design.

If you are only willing to pay $30 then please take the word professional out of the second line, no one who can design professional templates is going to work for $30 you might be able to find someone who is willing to flog you a ripped template for that price though.

Seriously if you want it to look good up your budget by a lot more than that.

yeah exactly I'm not looking for custom templates. They can use either free or premium templtes as long as the site is not looking sh!t. just something like that. doesn't really need to be AS IN professional.
