Someone Ripped out Theme, Tos, PP, and AUP

Hello,
This is annoying to say but http://spetsnazhost.com Has decided to completly rip our Theme and Terms of services, AUP and even PP also all the wording from my website, The site is hosted by Voxility in Romania
Our Websit is http://vhostlayer.com

I will file a DMCA now but I have herd that data center ignores them, So might have to take legal action, Any advice ?

Before taking legal action, have you done the most obvious thing first - which is to contact spetsnazhost ?

Just wondering, I'm not sure if the law has changed or if this is correct or not, but I see that you have "copyright" in your footer... Is it there just for show, or have you actually registered it. I'm not sure if this has changed now, and registration is no longer required?

we have vHostLayer LTD as a registared company in the UK and Wales, Also I havent contacted then. Im contacting there Data Center

Site doesn't load here I get it has been blocked by OpenDNS, for phishing attacks. Mostly likely he hosting his site on the same server has his clients he hosting which is very bad and one of his clients maybe hosting a phishing site.

They forward DMCA notices to their clients. And, well, good luck with that legal action in Romania.

Yeah, I also just found out he was advertising on this forum before he got banned, Because i know before host guards went down he ripped there theme as well witch is annoying, Because it just looks stupid
