someone copying my site

Hi, i have problem because today i was find copy of my site pornfiles.eu:

here is copy addres: PORNfiles.eu » Newset porn relases!

so how i can block that copying? - they copying my site + adding ads for money. today i was add this site ip to block in iptables but maybe in will not help so what then?
